When will I be charged for my reservation?

Your card will be charged at the time of booking. If you booked a hotel that is available on request only your card will be charged after the hotel confirms availability.

What does all-inclusive include?

An all-inclusive rate usually includes all meals and drinks including alcohol. Most hotels exclude specialty wines, liquor, champagne and bottled water. Non-motorized water-sports are usually included. As each hotel has a different policy, please refer to the hotel's all-inclusive section to see what any particular hotel offers.

What is your cancelation policy?

CaribbeanHotels.com does not charge a change or cancelation fee. However, most of the hotels we work with have their own cancelation policy that will apply to your booking. The cancelation policy of each hotel is listed in the "General" section on the hotel's page. Please review the cancelation policy of the hotel before you place your booking. If you're not sure what the policy is for your specific hotel, call our Customer Care Center toll-free at 1-800-871-0247 and a member of our team would be happy to look it up for you.

How do I change or cancel a reservation?

Please email or live chat with us on our contact page or call us at 1-800-871-0247 to change or cancel your reservation.

How many rooms can I book at once?

Currently, you can only book one room on our website. To book more than one room please call us at 1-800-871-0247 or chat with us.

Why can't I choose my bed type?

Even though a room type may offer different bed configurations most hotels do not guarantee specific bed types but when you place your booking there is an area where you can enter your bed preference. However, due to the way hotels manage their room inventory your request can only be confirmed upon check-in.

I didn't receive my confirmation email, how can I get another copy?

Simply login with your email address and password. If you have forgotten your password you can use the lost password link on the sign in form and your password will be emailed to you. Once logged in you will be able to view and print your booking details.

What are the additional taxes?

These are local taxes that hotels are required to collect based on the tax rate of the island.

When will I be charged for my booking?

To secure your reservation at the hotel your card is charged immediately when you place your booking.

What forms of payment do you take?

We accept Visa, Mastercard Discover and American Express

How do you protect my credit card and personal information?

Caribbeanhotels.com uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to provide you with the safest and most secure shopping experience possible. SSL technology enables encryption of sensitive information, including passwords and credit card numbers, during your online transactions. All of the forms on our site are secured with SSL technology so your personal information stays safe.

What do I need when checking in to the hotel?

You will need a form of ID as well as a credit card. Hotels require a credit card upon check-in to cover incidental charges such as room service, etc. The hotel will have your reservation in their system but it always a good idea to carry your voucher just in case there is a problem.

When will you be adding more hotels?

We will be adding more hotels on an ongoing basis. Please check our site regularly. If you want to book a hotel right now and don't see it on our site give us a call at 1-800-871-0247 and we may be able to book it for you.

What about flights, car rentals and tours?

All of these services will be available by November 1st, 2011.
