Basically there are four ways for the visitor to get around in Bermuda – the rental bike, bus, ferry or taxi. Bikes can be rented from Oleander Cycles, Wheels Cycles or Smatt’s Cyle Livery based in different locations across Bermuda. They are the perfect way to explore the island at your leisure, stopping for a swim, sunbathe, some sightseeing or for a bite to eat.
The public transport system is very regular and efficient with buses running to most of the key destinations about every 30 minutes and ferries operating between Hamilton, St George’s and Dockyard which in themselves give a unique perspective on island life. For the late night journeys or hard to get to places the taxis are the best solution.
