The Location
Situated on two and a half gorgeous acres of prime beach front in Oistins Bay, Sea Breeze Beach Hotel has a breathtaking view. In this secluded corner of southern Barbados, the waters are warm and calm perfect for playing.
Recreation and entertainment options are quite close as is fine dining. With three excellent restaurants on site however, you may find all you need from a casual lunch to a romantic dinner for two without ever having to leave the resort.
The Rooms
Sea Breeze Beach Hotel offers a wide range of rooms for its guests all with air-conditioning, balconies and ensuite bathrooms. Couples or families will find comfort in these elegantly appointed spacious rooms. Standard rooms offer one bedroom with a King bed with space for a child’s rollaway bed to be brought in if requested. Pool or Garden View rooms have the option of either a King bed or two Queen beds still with space for a child’s rollaway bed to be added.
Family standard rooms all come with two Queen beds perfect for a family of two adults and two children. Ocean view rooms have wonderful balconies overlooking the adults only pools. They come with a King bed and pull out sofa or two queen beds. Finally, the Deluxe Ocean View Room the premiere room at Sea Breeze is offered for couples. Featuring a single queen bed and a marvelous ground level ocean view patio, the spacious seclusion of these rooms offers a romantic hideaway ideal for honeymooners.
For groups or large families traveling together there are available two apartments that each contain two bedrooms along with ensuite bathrooms and separate living space.
The Beach
Sea Breeze Beach Hotel has over 700ft of beach frontage between two distinct beaches. One beach features umbrellas and loungers for relaxing on shore while accommodating water sport activities. The other beach is secluded with natural rock outcroppings and offers its visitors solitude amidst its natural beauty.
Popular beaches abound near Sea Breeze Beach Hotel. Anyone will have fun bodysurfing at a prime location like Dover Beach with its expansive white sand beach. Windsurfing, Hobie Cat sailing and jet skiing are all supported at this great beach that also hosts a wide variety of vendors selling every beach necessity. Watch cricket and soccer games across the street front at Dover Field. Or head just down the coast to surf the exciting waves at Accra or Rockley Beach. Chaise lounges beneath the native trees give you a great vantage point to watch the surfers if you prefer to leave the excitement to others. Don't worry though, calm waters at the shore await you when you’re ready to take a dip and cool off.
For a more private beach hideaway, visit Carib Beach. This narrow strip of soft seashell sand is adjacent to the airport causing most to pass it by. The result is a tranquil beach without the crowds. Only the periodic quick passing of a plane reminds you that civilization is just around the corner. Otherwise all the amenities of larger beaches may be found at this little hideaway including snorkeling. Gear may be rented onsite.
The Pool
Overlooking the ocean are beautiful landscaped patios encompassing the pool areas.
Two elegant multi-depth pools are available for guests-one designated for adults only and there are three jacuzzi’s also, all for adults only.
The pools are situated perfectly to present both sunny and shaded areas for your maximum relaxation and comfort as you recline poolside with your favorite beverage.
Dining
Azul is the newest restaurant on site with two meals included for guests as part of their all inclusive price. Evening dining at the bayside restaurant is seductive beneath the soft glow of twinkling lights and amidst the elegant and airy decor. The menu features exquisite dishes for the most refined palette using a mix of native dishes and international cuisine made from local fresh seafood and produce. Some additional charges may apply for guests dining on their all-inclusive ticket depending on items ordered.
Mermaid has been the traditional main restaurant at Sea Breeze Beach Hotel. It serves breakfast buffet lunch and a buffet or a la carte dinner menu. Its widely varied menu will appeal to everyone in your party and is perfectly suited for a casual experience.
Prezzo Beach Bar is there for a quick snack or more informal dining. Brick oven pizzas are a delicious highlight, but a sandwich, fish and chips or simply a drink at the bar are all available at this comfortable little restaurant.
Nearby are a number of other great options like Harlequin or Pisces, but no trip to Barbados is complete without visiting Oistins FIsh Fry on Friday evening in the wonderful fishing village of Oistins. Champers Restaurant and Wine Bar will give you an elevated dining experience in a casually elegant atmosphere. Birthdays, anniversaries, or even proposals are perfectly celebrated here. Waterside, Bellini's and Naru are other fine dining favorites offering cuisine from around the globe. Dress down and get a delicious meal at Bubbas or the Lucky Horse Shoe too.
Kids
Sea Breeze goes to great lengths to ensure children and adults enjoy their stay. With roll away beds available for many rooms or the option to reserve one if our apartment units bringing the whole family is easy. Children will enjoy dining with the wide range of options at our three restaurants. Playing in a pool separate from means a more familial atmosphere for your comfort and their freedom to play. Just for them is the Kid’s Club with supervision. At the club house, they can enjoy an iMac with parental controls, a 32” LCD that has Apple TV and is stocked with favorite movies and TV shows. However, we know they will love the Wii with all the most requested games for them to play. Of course, they are also welcome on the beach and will love taking part in many water sports.
