All rooms at Mango Bay are available with a balcony or patio. Choose from standard room, standard 1-bedroom apartment, superior room, deluxe room, ocean front room or penthouse suite options. The 1-bedroom apartments include dining areas and are ideal for families. Every room has views of the gardens, pool, or ocean. All are spacious and include in-room safes, televisions, air-conditioning, hair dryers, coffee makers and none allow smoking. For the ultimate in privacy and enjoyment the penthouse suites include dining areas, panoramic views, Jacuzzi tubs, walk in showers, and cold plunge pools on the private patios.
The Beach
Glorious white sands, the Platinum Coast for which Barbados is known, extend to the sea from the resort’s edge. Its velvety sands of delicate ground coral will caress your toes as you walk along its shores with the warm gentle Caribbean Sea lapping at your ankles. Take a swim in these calm sheltered waters or bask in the sun along the shore.
Spend your afternoons just beyond your hotel or travel a short distance to any of the number of spectacular beaches of the area. Try water sports at the Colony Club or Paynes Beach where you can rent kayaks and other equipment. Reefs line many of the beaches giving you a chance to snorkel and catch sight of a hawksbill or leatherback turtle. If you have children, Batts Beach is a prime destination. This public beach has a playground just for kids, food and beverage vendors, and picnic tables.

More casual dining experiences that feature a variety of food styles can also be found such as Cariba, Elbow Room and Just Grillin’. If you’re looking for vegetarian items, The Mews has a variety of options. But, for authentic and fresh seafood go to Speightstown Fish Market.
Entertainment
The bar at Mango Bay comes alive at night with live music for the perfect backdrop to socializing with new friends or dancing with that special someone. Take a short trip to Holetown’s 1st and 2nd streets where a number of bars and clubs draw crowds of revelers to music, dancing, dj’s and an eclectic social scene. Lexy’s Piano Bar is a prime hotspot among them frequented by locals, tourists and celebrities. There are plenty of local rum shops as well for capturing the flavor the island.
