Christmas/Winter/Spring seasons – for cancellations within 45 days of arrival the following scale of charges will apply: 45-30 days – 25% | 29-14 days – 75% | 13 days or less – 100%.  Summer season – for cancellations within 14 days of arrival a charge of 3 nights room rate will be imposed. No refunds will be made after guest arrival (year round).
