Red Parrot Restaurant
The All Seasons Europa resort has a casual little restaurant on site that serves a lovely American style breakfast every morning and a quick and good quality dinner nightly. The menus are aimed at travelers who are seeking something quick and familiar rather than high cuisine. The prices are modest, and the quality is good.

Daphne's Restaurant
Daphne’s is a very elegant and upscale al fresco restaurant, well known for exquisite food and service in a distinctive and beautiful setting. Whether looking for a casually elegant place for a late soirée or someplace for a memorable end-of-vacation lunch with new friends, Daphne’s is an ideal place for it. The food features fresh seafood and local produce. The Risottos and fresh Pastas are famous, and the selections of main courses includes such treats as Oven Roasted Duck Breast stuffed with Foie Gras and served with a Risotto Cake; Sea Bass in Salt Crust with Broccoli, Potatoes and Tartar Sauce; and Angus Fillet of Beef in Green Peppercorn Sauce. The dress code here is casually elegant, so gentlemen should wear long pants and sleeved shirts (half sleeves are acceptable), and ladies may wish to avoid cargo shorts.

The Terrace Restaurant
Chef Brian Porteus is a classical French chef who brings his extensive knowledge, skill, and talent to the table at The Terrace, the beautiful al fresco restaurant at Cobblers Cove. He brings the freshest fish, poultry, meat, and produce to his artistic creations. The restaurant has its own contract fisherman too, and visitors will find his name on the menu under the heading “Barker’s Fresh Line Catch” where the best local fish is cooked to order. Though a high-end establishment, The Terrace does its best to accommodate special diets by offering several non-gluten and low calorie selections. Reservations are a must here.

Il Tempio Italian Restaurant
Called the finest Italian restaurant in Barbados by opera legend Luciano Pavarotti, Il Tempio is an Italian dining legend on the island. Magnificent appetizers and antipasto lead the way for homemade pasta and rich classical Italian courses featuring fresh local fish and Angus beef. The wine list is not extensive, but it is excellently selected with both high end offerings, and budget friendly ones, with several labels offered by the glass. Do not miss the great desserts like Il Classico Tiramisu and Affogato al Rum o al Caffe.

Mews Restaurant
The Mews is reputed to be among the best restaurants on Barbados. Located in the fashionable Saint James Parish, this is a beautiful and romantic restaurant in an exotic and gorgeous setting. The wine list is extensive and offers labels that will appeal to the connoisseur, including a rare 1980 Chateau Lafite Rothild Pauillac. And the dessert menu is equally inspired. Elbow Room
This new restaurant is both excellent and fun! The driving concept behind the food is called Stonegrill cooking. Guests order things like Calamari, Prawns, or a beefsteak, and they cook it at the table on their own blazingly hot lava stone grill. This method of cooking is simple and delicious, and it adds no fat to the food. Because of the nature of the lava stone, no lubrication is necessary to keep the food from sticking. This is a fantastic way to have a meal that is both gourmet and healthy. This place is new, but the service is very friendly and knowledgeable, and word is getting out. You will want to make reservations here.
The Tides Restaurant
As the name would indicate, the menu here is definitely dominated by fresh local fish. The variety here is vast, with fresh oysters, prawns, and mahi mahi. In addition to the rich selection of local fish, often imported fish make the menu, like Scottish salmon and Chilean bass. To keep the non-fish-eaters happy, there are excellent selections of lamb, pork, veal, and beef. This is a beautiful restaurant with fantastic food and it is often referred to as “A special restaurant for special occasions.” It is very elegant and romantic and ideal for special occasions and anniversaries.
Just Grillin
This is a simple, casual spot that serves up fresh fish off the grill and icy cold beers. The open air seating area is pleasant and the food is great. The menu board always features a few daily specials that are the catch of the day. Additionally, the regular menu features local flavors and US traditions with a local twist. Guests will enjoy the Jerk Chicken Caesar Salad, the Grilled Shrimp and the great burger selection that is always available. This place is casual and fun, and it is a great deal for wonderful quality local food.
